Why a Bird Flight
Diverter ManufacturerExists
Prakritis Technologies was founded in 2021 to address a specific, measurable problem on India’s power network: birds colliding with overhead conductors they cannot see in time to avoid. The scale of that problem — for both avian wildlife and grid reliability — is well documented in transmission corridors crossing wetlands, grasslands and migratory flight paths across the country.
Rather than treat bird flight diverters as a generic accessory, we approached the problem as a manufacturing and materials engineering challenge: which visibility mechanism works best in which conditions, how do you build a device that survives fifteen years of live-line exposure, and how do you make installation simple enough that utility crews adopt it at scale. The result is the three-model range we manufacture today — Aero Spin, LED and Non-LED — sharing one universal clamp and one CEA-compliant engineering standard.
Every design decision is documented against a standard, a test result, or field feedback — not a marketing assumption.
Materials and mechanical tolerances are specified against India’s climate range, from coastal humidity to high-altitude UV exposure.

Polymer resin, reflective sheeting and, for LED units, electronic components are checked against specification before entering production.
Dimensional and visual checks at each production stage — moulding, assembly, and for LED units, sub-assembly — catch deviations before final assembly.
Every production batch is logged against its test results, so any field query can be traced back to the exact manufacturing run.
Sample testing against the CEA specification — mechanical, electrical and photometric — is completed before any batch is cleared for dispatch. Full test methodology is detailed on our Technical Resourcespage.

Lead time depends on order quantity and model mix. Standard Non-LED and Aero Spin orders typically ship faster than LED orders, which include a solar and battery sub-assembly stage. Share your quantities via the form above and we’ll confirm an exact timeline.
Is there a minimum order quantity?>
Minimum order quantities vary by model and are confirmed at enquiry stage. We support both large-scale utility tenders and smaller pilot or trial-corridor orders.
Can you supply outside India?>
